Regulatory extraction
Regulatory filing data extraction — global law firm
A global law firm's research team was spending three analyst-days per week manually retrieving and parsing structured data from international regulatory filings — SEC EDGAR, AMF (France), and Legifrance sources. The volume was growing, the process was error-prone, and the turnaround time was too slow for transaction teams that needed the data daily.
We built a daily automated pipeline that monitors each regulatory source, retrieves new filings, parses and extracts structured data fields, normalises across jurisdictions, and delivers clean output directly to the firm's internal systems. The pipeline has been running in production daily since deployment with no manual intervention required.

Due diligence pack automation — corporate law firm
A mid-size corporate law firm was spending two working days per transaction extracting and summarising data from due diligence packs — contracts, company filings, and financial statements arriving as mixed PDF and Word bundles. Associates were doing this manually, deal by deal, with the output varying depending on who was doing the extraction.
We built an AI pipeline using OCR and LLMs that accepts a due diligence pack, processes it overnight, and outputs a structured summary report with consistent field extraction across all document types. Associates receive the structured output before the morning stand-up and focus their time on review and analysis rather than extraction.

AI agent
Contract review agent — legal services
A legal services team was conducting first-pass reviews of supplier contracts — identifying key clause types, extracting terms, and flagging risk indicators against a defined checklist. The work was largely mechanical: important, but not requiring the judgement of a qualified lawyer at the first-pass stage.
We built a custom AI agent that ingests contracts, identifies and extracts defined clause types, flags risk indicators against the firm's checklist, scores each contract against defined criteria, and produces a structured review summary. Lawyers review and validate the output rather than generating it from scratch. The agent handles all common contract formats including PDF, Word, and plain text.
